Mindset Coaching for Athletes

When I was younger, basketball became my passion and purpose. It fulfilled me deep inside and gave me a sense of joy and fulfillment. Without basketball, I wouldn't be where I am today, and I wouldn't have the chance to help others like I do now. Basketball opened doors for me and led to so many great things, but it also came with its fair share of challenges and obstacles that I had to overcome. I know what it feels like to be at the top of your game and feel the best, but I also know what it feels like to be at your lowest and question every part of your existence. 

I have faced anxiety, lack of confidence, depression, injuries, doubts, and fear. I have faced them and overcame them. I must admit, my most challenging years were during my time as a student-athlete at a Division 1 university in New York City.

Looking back, I wish I had someone to reassure, guide, and validate my abilities when I was a young athlete navigating life's complexities. Now, I have become that person I longed for, ready to support you on your own journey. Together, we will overcome the obstacles and limiting beliefs that hold you back. I will teach you the art of mastering your mind, empowering you to thrive as both an individual and an athlete in this grand game of life.
