The R3 Method

Reset. Rewire. Rise.

You are physically ready. Something still holds you back the moment it counts, the hesitation before contact, the tightness under pressure, the fear of the mistake that hasn't even happened yet. That is Protection Mode. This is the program built to regulate it out of your system, so your training finally shows up when it matters.

How It Works

Three phases. Nine weeks.

1:1, online, built around your pattern, not a generic script. If you have looked into mental performance training for athletes before, this goes further, straight to the nervous system pattern underneath the hesitation, not just the mindset on top of it.

Weeks 1 to 3

Reset

We find the anchor trigger, the exact moment your body braces, and start regulating the nervous system underneath it.

Weeks 4 to 6

Rewire

The old pattern loses its grip and a new one gets built in its place, tested against real pressure, not just talked through.

Weeks 7 to 9

Rise

What was regulated in practice now holds under competition. You stop bracing and start performing at the level you were always capable of.

How We Track It

One number, tracked three times.

You pick one anchor trigger and rate it from 0 to 10 in week 1, week 6 and week 9. Not a feeling. A number you can look back at.

The Guarantee

If that rating hasn't dropped by at least half by week 9, I keep working with you at no extra cost until it does. No refunds, no walking away. I stay until the number moves.
