Your mind can either TRAP you or FREE you.

You choose!

Subconscious and nervous system work for people who function well on the outside, but internally experience tension, restlessness, or a constant stream of thoughts.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

You are driven and have achieved a lot, yet internally you feel a constant struggle:

Your mind never stops analyzing every step and every decision.
You feel pressure to be “perfect,” which creates mental exhaustion.

You know you are capable of more, yet something seems to hold you back.

You feel restless, even when everything appears fine on the outside.

It is the current state of your nervous system and subconscious patterns.
And it can change.

Meet Asnate

I believe we are not our titles, degrees, or achievements. We are something much deeper.

For many years, my life revolved around the basketball court, playing as a point guard, representing youth national teams, and earning full athletic scholarships in the United States and Canada. From the outside, it looked like success.

But alongside those achievements, I also experienced the darker side of high performance: anxiety, fear, identity struggles, and the quiet feeling that no matter how much you achieve, it is never quite enough.

During my athletic career, I experienced several concussions, which sparked my interest in understanding the brain and eventually led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Neuroscience.

At the same time, my own inner struggles pushed me to explore the deeper patterns that shape our thoughts, emotions, and performance.

My Approach - Where Science Meets Real Change

My work is not just about conversation. It is about creating real, lasting shifts.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fordham University in New York and a Master’s degree in Neuroscience in Canada, alongside years of experience competing in high-level sport. This allows me to understand performance not only from a scientific perspective, but from lived experience.

Today, I work with athletes, artists, and high-performing individuals who may appear strong and capable on the outside, yet internally experience pressure, overthinking, or a constant mental noise.

My work focuses on three key areas:

1. Nervous system regulation and mental stability.
Helping the body move out of chronic tension and into a state where clarity, focus, and resilience become possible.

2. Brain performance and neuro-vision training.
Developing the brain’s ability to process information, react faster, and coordinate perception and movement more efficiently.

3. Subconscious patterns and identity shifts.
Identifying and transforming the deeper mental patterns that quietly shape how we think, feel, and perform.

Together, this work helps you release internal blocks and regain clarity, calm, and personal power.
