From My Story To Yours.
I started playing basketball at six and spent my youth in national teams, NCAA Division 1 in New York, and U Sports in Canada.
I loved the game, but when it mattered most, I struggled with low confidence, fear of mistakes, and burnout.
I studied psychology and neuroscience to understand why athletes break under pressure, and how parents can help them feel safe, confident, and free again.
I created this guide because I wish someone had given it to my own parents, and to the parents of every athlete I now work with.
